- 3 x online, one-on-one feedback & coaching sessions with our certified psychologist/practitioner (we will put your MTQ-PLUS results into context and link the results to your development program).
How It Works
1. Purchase an assessment
You can purchase your MTQ PLUS psychometric assessment through our secure purchase portal.
2. receive assessment token
You will receive a personalized email containing a link to your assessment token.
3. take assessment online
Register and complete your online assessment. It should only take about 15 minutes.
4. receive results and feedback report
Once we've received your assessment, we will provide you with your results and a detailed feedback report explaining your results.
5. determine your way forward
After you have received your results, we will contact you to set-up an appointment with one of our staff to discuss your options regarding a customized coaching and development plan. Our contact ends, when you're fully satisfied.
