Daniel has dedicated his life to the service of others and recognized the need for an umbrella organization where like-minded practitioners of mental toughness could collaborate. After a career as a US Army Special Forces "Green Beret" officer, Daniel continued his service as a Program Manager in Afghanistan for over 5 years, before continuing his corporate career in the Middle East. Having held numerous high-level positions, Daniel combined his talents to serve in director-level positions in higher education. Upon returning to the US, he has continued as a proponent of mental toughness development, having become a certified mental toughness assessment practitioner. Daniel holds numerous degrees including a master's from the prestigious Naval Postgraduate School and certifications in project management and AI.

Dr. Alicia Fuller has a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Leadership from the University of the Rockies and a Master's Strategic Intelligence and Graduate Certificate in Terrorism Studies from American Military University.  Additionally, she holds Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology, Business Management, and Political Science.  Dr. Fuller also holds certifications and licenses that include Mental Toughness, Integrated Leadership Measure, Resilience Building Leader Program Trainer, Master Resilience Trainer, Instructor, PHR, SHRM-CP, and Military Victim Advocate.  She published her dissertation on "Internet Addiction and its Effects on Military Leadership Capabilities."

Michael is a 20-year retired Army, service-disabled, veteran and has worked around the world. From leading projects in Africa and the Middle East, to creating startups in Afghanistan, Michael has established an exclusive, international network of industry-leading professionals, and academics. This network provides professional services, facilitates start-ups, and incubates entrepreneurs and projects around the world. Michael holds a Master of Science degree in Project Management from the University of Texas-El Paso, and a Master of Business Administration in Global Management.
